I can see that CK family bond is very strong with the uncles & aunties.
All of them are so fun to be with and since the start of the cafe, the support from the family is great.
So, last evening, they have decided to organise a family gathering at the cafe itself. They are intedning to do a BBQ session on this Sat, inviting the whole family, including CK grandmum to join in the fun.
Im very much looking forward to this gathering. :-)
As we are preparing to open the cafe today, we were treated to some of the food cooked by the chef!
The review was overall Good and all of us are all gear up to make this a success as we have a few more cafes on standby, waiting to open once this cafe is running smoothly.
CK's mum is opening up a cafe on 8th June 2009 and during the weekend, all the relatives are gather at the cafe to help out to set up the cafe.
Today, it's food tasing day and all of us are just sitting at the cafe, waiting to try CK's mum signature dishes (especially her Japanese food).
So far, I have been here over the weekend and I think Im going to like this place as the view is nice for both indoor & outdoor(overlooking Laguna Golf Club).
Smoking area is available at the garden area
Cosy area and it's a great place to have lunch or dinner here.
The only disadvantage for this cafe is - for those who are not working in this area will find it far and inconvenience to travel all the way to Changi South (Address:
11 Changi South Street 3 Building Design Centre @ 4th level).
So, I helped CK's mum to promote the cafe as I used to work in this area and have lots of friends and colleagues working in this area.
I will be at the cafe helping out on 12th June and so pls come and support the cafe and you will be entitled to 10% discount on that day.
